Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the definition of disorders of consciousness (DoC) and diagnosed, according to the Coma Recovery Scale-Revised (CRS-R), as coma, vegetative state/unresponsive wakefulness syndrome (VS/UWS), or minimally conscious state (MCS); 2. No history of epilepsy and no other central nervous system diseases unrelated to the disorder of consciousness; 3. No use of central nervous system stimulants during treatment; 4. Consent had been obtained from the patients and their family members before enrollment, and the informed consent form for treatment had been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Motor dysfunction caused by other neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, motor neuron disease, etc. 2. History of intractable epilepsy; 3. Intracranial metal implants and/or cardiac metal implants; 4. Those with unstable vital signs; 5. Other serious diseases that may affect this study.
