Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both sexes; age = 75 years; 2.Patients with clinically confirmed CHD-HTN;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.missing key baseline data (BMI, TG, HDL-C, FPG, WC); 2.severe renal insufficiency, hyperthyroidism, or malignancy; 3.excessive alcohol intake (>140 g/week in males, >70 g/week in females) within 1 year; 4.long-term use of urate-lowering agents (febuxostat, allopurinol, or benzbromarone); 5.incomplete medical records;
