Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 5-6 years old (based on the actual age at the time of the baseline assessment of the study). 2. Health status: In good health, without congenital diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, or chronic diseases that affect participation in sports. 3. Informed consent: The legal guardians of the participating children voluntarily sign a written informed consent form, agreeing to participate in the study and related assessments. 4. Cooperation level: Able to follow the research requirements, participate in the 18-week intervention period and two TGMD-3 scale assessments before and after the intervention. 5. Group matching conditions: The experimental group is from the Gymnastics Club of Wuhan Sports University, and the control group is from kindergartens in the same urban area with similar socioeconomic backgrounds. 6. There are no significant differences in demographic and anthropometric indicators such as gender composition, month age, height, weight, and BMI between the two groups (P > 0.05). 7. Activity basis: In accordance with the requirements of the "Outline for Building a Strong Education Country (2024-2035)", the daily comprehensive physical activity time is >= 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excessive absence rate: During the experiment, the absence rate exceeds 20%, making it impossible to complete the specified intervention courses or assessment procedures. 2. Sudden health issues: Sudden health problems during the intervention or assessment that affect participation in sports or data collection. 3. Failure to sign informed consent: The legal guardian fails to sign the written informed consent form, or withdraws consent midway after signing. 4. Inability to comply with requirements: Due to personal reasons, inability to follow the "parent-child-teacher" tripartite commitment system (such as participating in off-campus sports training during the intervention), or inability to cooperate with the assessment process resulting in data loss.
