Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old, fully aware of the implant surgery and signed the informed consent; 2. For patients with single maxillary central incisor implantation, the other adjacent teeth were not missing and were natural teeth; 3. Free hand implant surgery; 4. Preoperative CBCT images were complete and clear, and the nasopalatine canal and jaw anatomy were clear; 5. Postoperative CBCT images were complete and clear, and clear implant images could be seen without blur or obvious metal artifacts; 6. Complete basic information, implant operation process records and medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with nasopalatine duct cyst; 2. Patients with anterior teeth with apical periodontitis and nasopalatine canal invasion; 3. Patients with nasopalatine canal injury after apical surgery or massive bone grafting of nasal floor bone; 4. Patients with supernate teeth penetrating the nasopalatine canal; 5. Receiving head and neck radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the last 5 years; 6. Long-term use of aspirin, warfarin and bisphosphonates; 7. Serious systemic diseases such as osteoporosis, uncontrolled diabetes, blood diseases, and cardiovascular diseases.
