Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years old; 2.Patients under general anesthesia with mechanical ventilation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who did not receive mechanical ventilation during the operation; 2.Patients undergoing cardiac or thoracic surgeries; 3.Patients who have undergone multiple hospitalizations and surgeries; 4.More than 30% of the records of key vital signs during the operation are missing.
