Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Emergency patients meeting the clinical criteria for septic shock according to the Guidelines; 2.Patients with impaired consciousness, completed by family members; 3.Aged >=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women; 2.Patients without breathing or pulse, or those who have already died upon arrival at the hospital; 3.Cases with incomplete or missing information.
