Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female collegiate students currently enrolled at Beijing Sport University, aged 18–35 years; 2. Meet the definition of a recreational runner, having run for at least 6 months and at least 10 km per week; 3. Regular menstrual cycle (defined as a cycle length of 21–35 days); 4. Agree to participate in this study and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed within the past six months with other chronic or acute conditions that may affect pain perception or motor function (e.g., fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, bone fractures, etc.); 2. Presence of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or musculoskeletal diseases that would interfere with questionnaire assessment, or a history of major psychiatric disorders (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.); 3. Special physiological states such as pregnancy or lactation.
