Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.middle-aged and elderly patients; 2.noncardiac surgery; 3.At least one postoperative cardiac troponin test performed within 30 days after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbid severe infection, sepsis, pulmonary embolism, or other conditions that may confound the diagnosis of myocardial injury; 2.Critical data missing.
