Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hold a Nurse Practice Qualification Certificate of the People's Republic of China and be within the valid registration period; 2. Have been engaged in clinical nursing work in the ICU of a general hospital (including general icus and specialized icus such as neurosurgery icus, cardiovascular icus, etc.), and have worked in the current position for no less than 6 months. 3. During the period of employment, directly involved in the clinical care of ICU patients, not rotational, further training or intern personnel; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are pregnant or on maternity leave during the research period, as well as those who have been absent from clinical nursing work for more than one month due to sick leave, going out for further studies, etc. 2. Those who have been or are currently diagnosed with severe mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction and are unable to complete the questionnaire independently; 3. Those who complete the questionnaire incompletely or have obvious regular responses or logical contradictions.
