Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of acute osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures involving L1-L5 segments (as shown by MRI, presenting as low signal on T1-weighted images, and high signal on T2-weighted images and STIR sequences) is clear. 2. First-time PVP surgical treatment; 3. Complete imaging data (including X-ray, MRI/bone scan, CT) are available;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with old osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF); dysplasia of the pedicle, lesion; 2. Those with evidence of bone tumors or other bone metabolic disorders; 3.The CT scan indicates that the posterior wall of the fractured vertebra is incomplete or has a fracture. 4. Without obtaining informed consent;
