Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Single fetal head position; 2. Exclude contraindications for vaginal trial of labor; 3. First-time mothers; 4. Participants sign the informed consent form; 5. Approval by the hospital ethics committee;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No intrapartum ultrasound examination was conducted; 2. Suffering from internal and surgical complications; 3. Obstetric complications; 4. Have a history of alcohol abuse and drug abuse; 5. Stillbirth or severe birth defects occur; 6. Postpartum women; 7. History of uterine surgery; 8. Malformations of the uterus or birth canal;
