Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 years and above. 2. Gender: No restrictions. 3. Disease diagnosis: (1) Sepsis patient group: 1) Meet the international definitions of sepsis and septic shock (Sepsis-3). 2) Temperature >38°C or 90 beats/min 4) Respiratory rate >22/min or PaCO2 12×10^9/L or 10% (2) Non-sepsis patient group: 1) Critically ill patients without sepsis. 2) Do not meet the above sepsis diagnostic criteria. 4. Admission time: Within 24 hours of ICU admission. 5. Medical history and treatment: (1) No severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction. (2) No history of long-term use of immunosuppressants. 6. Informed consent: The patient or their legal representative signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; 3.Having serious neurological disorders or mental disorders, unable to cooperate with research; 4.There is a tendency for active bleeding or other severe bleeding; 5.Suffering from malignant tumors or other end-stage diseases.
