Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years, any gender; 2. Diagnosed as GOV1 or GOV2 according to the Sarin classification; 3. Meets treatment criteria (such as acute bleeding, recent bleeding, high-risk varices, etc.) and is a patient receiving initial endoscopic treatment; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor overall health, such as those with malignant tumors (like hepatocellular carcinoma), chronic kidney failure at the uremia stage, or other end-stage diseases; 2. Patients who have previously undergone endoscopy, TIPS, liver transplant, shunt surgery, or other surgical treatments; 3. Patients allergic to the treatment drugs or materials; 4. Patients with missing data or who cannot cooperate with follow-up.
