Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients pathologically diagnosed with glioblastoma; 2. Patients who underwent surgical resection and had available formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue samples; 3. Patients with relatively complete clinical and pathological information; 4. Written informed consent was obtained from the patient or legal representative, or a waiver of informed consent was approved by the ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tissue samples with severe necrosis, detachment, or poor preservation quality that cannot meet the requirements for immunohistochemical analysis; 2. Patients with incomplete key clinical or pathological information; 3. Patients without a definite pathological diagnosis of glioblastoma; 4. Other conditions considered unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators.
