Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 to 60 years old, gender not limited. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria for T2DM of the WHO in 1999. First diagnosis, no lifestyle or hypoglycemic drug or insulin intervention; No acute complications of diabetes; There is no serious abnormality in liver or kidney function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Prediabetes, Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes mellitus and other specific types of diabetes, etc.; 2.Acute complications of diabetes; 3.Combined autoimmune diseases; 4.Combined severe infectious diseases; 5.Combined severe organic diseases, such as myocardial infarction, stroke, etc.; 6.Combined wasting diseases that affect body weight including malignant tumors, tuberculosis, etc.; 7.Pregnant women, lactating women and those with a weight loss history within half a year; 8.Patients with previous medication history of drugs affecting body weight and energy consumption; 9.Patients with previous medication history of drugs that may elevate blood glucose, such as glucocorticoids, antipsychotics, etc.; 10.Patients with severe heart, liver, lung or renal failure; 11.Secondary obesity caused by other factors, such as medication, polycystic ovary syndrome, hypercortisolism, hypothyroidism, etc.
