18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, scheduled to undergo lung cancer surgery (thoracoscopic or open lobectomy); 2. Transferred to PACU after surgery, conscious, and able to communicate effectively and undergo cognitive assessment; 3. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A prior confirmed diagnosis of severe mental illness or cognitive impairment (e.g., dementia); 2. Failure to successfully extubate during surgery or need for transfer to the ICU; 3. Severe hearing or speech impairment preventing completion of assessment. 4. Intraoperative death or postoperative transfer to another hospital.
