Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Mothers delivered in participating study centers; 2. Gestational age was clearly assessed based on the last menstrual period, first-trimester ultrasound, or obstetric evaluation; 3. Mothers received routine perinatal care before delivery; 4. Newborns with a gestational age of 24+0 to 31+6 weeks; 5. Obtained informed consent from the family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of congenital malformations affecting respiratory function 2. Fetal intrauterine conditions indicating the need for emergency cesarean section, such as umbilical cord prolapse, uterine rupture, etc. 3. Parents refuse to sign the informed consent form.
