Interventions

Experimental group:Four weeks of training consisting of three 25-minute high-intensity interval training sessions and three 45-minute aerobic training sessions per week.
Control group:Six times per week, approximately one hour of continuous moderate-intensity physical training each day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male; 2. Age 18-30; 3. People who exercise more than three times a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.taking drugs or supplements (e.g., stimulants) that interfere with the study measures within 3 months; 2. taking antibiotics or other drugs within one month; 3. congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, and hypertension.
