Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed by a psychiatrist in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10), and meeting the classification framework outlined in the *Guidelines for the Management and Treatment of Severe Mental Disorders (2018 Edition)*, with disease types including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, paranoid psychosis, bipolar disorder, and mental disorders due to epilepsy; In addition, individuals meeting the criteria for major depressive episode or recurrent depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, and other diagnoses, who have been assessed by a psychiatrist as having moderate-to-severe or more severe symptoms, significant impairment in social functioning, a history of self-harm or suicide risk during the current or past course of the illness, psychotic symptoms, recurrent episodes, or a history of psychiatric hospitalization or emergency department intervention, are also included in this study; 3. Have completed treatment during the acute and consolidation phases and are currently in a stable condition, as confirmed by a physician, defined as a reduction rate of >=50% in the total Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) score or a PANSS total score of <=60, with hallucinations and delusions under control, improved mood, and normal behavior; 4. Have no visual or hearing impairment, are conscious and cognitively able to understand the study, and are capable of verbal communication; 5. Have a low level of medication literacy as assessed by the Medication Literacy Scale; 6. Own and are able to use a smartphone proficiently, have stable internet access, and are able to access and use the WeChat Mini Program designated for this study; 7. Provide written informed consent voluntarily;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Current or past diagnosis of delirium, dementia, mental disorders due to a general medical condition, or substance-induced mental disorders; 2. Presence of any severe and unstable medical condition; 3. History of traumatic brain injury or other known organic central nervous system disorders; 4. Presence of a high risk of suicide or violence; 5. Current participation in another similar clinical study.
