40 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =40 years old; 2.Stenosis degree =50% (NASCET standard) ; 3.Presence of at least one characteristic of vulnerable plaques: intraplaque hemorrhage (IPH); Lipid necrotic core (LRNC) Surface ulcer The fibers become thinner or break. Ultrasound hypoechoic plaques or uneven echoes; 4.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-atherosclerotic lesions; 2.Life expectancy <2 years; 3.Unable to complete the follow-up.
