Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Unilateral or bilateral ureteral and/or renal stones (>= 5 mm),confirmed by preoperative CT; 3. Failed conservative treatment and require flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URS); 4. capacity to provide written informed consent, willingness to adhere to the protocol, good compliance, and availability for follow-up at the study site;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of iodine allergy; 2. Uncontrolled urinary tract infection (defined as positive nitrite or abundant leukocytes without prophylactic antibiotic administration); 3. Known anatomical abnormalities (e.g., urinary diversion, ureteral stricture); 4. Concurrent urothelial neoplasms; 5. Patients requiring repeat surgery within 3 months due to residual stones; 6. Intraoperative findings that preclude the need for laser lithotripsy (e.g., stones directly retrievable) or failure to access the stone location; 7. Any condition that, in the investigator's opinion, may increase the risk to the subject or interfere with the conduct of the clinical trial;
