Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing staff currently on duty in the research department; 2. Authorized to write nursing records or care notes; 3. Have worked continuously in this department for 3 months or more; 4. Expected to be on duty normally during the intervention period; 5. Informed consent given and willing to complete the pre- and post-intervention questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those whose advanced study, standardized training, or rotation time is less than 3 months; 2. Those who take long-term leave, go for further study, or are transferred during the intervention; 3. Those who are not responsible for writing medical records; 4. Those who cannot complete the baseline or final survey.
