Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with cirrhosis through imaging examination, endoscopy, or pathological analysis; 2.Patients undergoing routine clinical examinations including multi-slice spiral CT and HVPG pressure measurement; 3.Between the ages of 20 and 80; 4.Our clinical data is complete;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Senior (over 80 years old) or minor (under 20 years old); 2.Patients with liver cirrhosis who have not experienced clinical manifestations of portal hypertension (such as variceal bleeding, ascites, etc.) or HVPG measurement<5mmHg; 3.Patients with missing data in blood biochemical indicators, upper abdominal enhanced CT, and hepatic vein pressure gradient (HVPG) measurements; 4.Patients who have recently been treated with non selective receptor blockers; 5.There are factors that can cause deterioration of liver function; 6.Patients with liver malignant tumors or other advanced malignant tumors; 7. Patients with severe heart failure, uremia, cerebral infarction, respiratory failure, and other diseases; 8. HIV patients; 9. Pregnancy.
