Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 years or older; 2. Having resided in the study area for 3 years or longer; 3. Being mentally clear and able to cooperate with the completion of study procedures including questionnaires, physical measurements, and laboratory tests; 4. Volunteering to participate in this study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Vulnerable groups, including individuals with mental disorders, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, and illiterate people. 2. Patients with severe end-stage diseases who have an expected survival time of less than 1 year. 3. Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment who are unable to complete questionnaires or follow instructed actions.
