Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 years and older with at least two complete medical examination records; 2. Diagnosed with hypertension at baseline; 3. Patients who voluntarily participated in the survey after being informed of the study purpose.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who self-reported or were diagnosed by a physician with cardiovascular disease at baseline; 2. Individuals with severe illnesses and pregnant women; 3. Individuals with missing key information at baseline or during follow-up; 4. Individuals with physical disabilities or mental illnesses who were unable to participate in the survey.
