Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Gestational age >= 37 weeks, singleton pregnancy, undergoing cesarean section and directly transferred to the postpartum ward after surgery; 3. Patients with clear consciousness, verbal communication ability, and able to complete questionnaires; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe medical or surgical complications (e.g., severe preeclampsia, heart disease, etc.); 2. History of psychiatric illness or current use of psychotropic medications; 3. Occurrence of severe intraoperative or postoperative complications (e.g., blood loss > 1000 ml, etc.); 4. Newborn requires admission to the NICU with anticipated separation from the mother for > 24 hours;
