Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25 years or older; 2. Meeting the STEMI diagnostic criteria set forth in the 2017 European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Guidelines for the Management of Acute ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction; 3. Having indications for emergency PCI and giving consent to the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combine patients with coagulation system disorders, significant abnormalities in liver and kidney function, malignant tumors, etc.
