60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective lower-limb surgery under general anesthesia with tourniquet application 2. Age >=60 years 3. ASA physical status I–III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-sinus rhythm 2. Known carotid artery stenosis or history of carotid artery surgery 3. BMI > 35 kg/m^2 4. Pre-existing or newly detected carotid artery stenosis > 50% 5. Operation time < 30 min 6. Left ventricular ejection fraction < 50% 7. History of myocardial infarction, overt heart failure, valvular heart disease, or cardiomyopathy 8. Inability to maintain the supine position during the study 9. Refusal to participate in the study by the patient
