Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Blood magnesium <= 0.7 mmol/L; 3. Case system search criteria: patients discharged between September 1, 2018, and October 30, 2025, with a discharge diagnosis including "hypomagnesemia" and discharged from the "Pediatric Endocrinology, Genetics, and Metabolism Department"; 4. Based on clinical manifestations and test results, there were a total of 34 patients with a clear diagnosis of the cause of low magnesium.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Based on clinical manifestations and examination results, there were 2 cases with an unclear etiological diagnosis of hypomagnesemia.
