Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants with a gestational age at birth of 32 to 36?6 weeks and a birth weight of =1500 g. 2.Stable vital signs and hemodynamic stability. 3.Inability to achieve full oral feeding. 4.Parents or guardians of the patients understood the study protocol, voluntarily agreed to participate, and signed the written informed consent form for rehabilitation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of visual or auditory impairments. 2.Severe diseases of the respiratory, circulatory, neurological, digestive, or hematological systems. 3.Intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) Grade III or higher. 4.Infants requiring respiratory support other than high-flow nasal cannula; 5.Known genetic metabolic disorders or severe infections. 6.Craniofacial, oral, or oropharyngeal malformations.
