Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18 and above; 2. Patients with primary breast cancer confirmed by pathology or cytology; 3. Patients agree to provide tumor tissue according to the plan; 4. Participants voluntarily join this study, sign the informed consent form, and comply well.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-primary breast cancer confirmed by pathology or cytology. 2. Subjects with any severe and/or uncontrolled diseases, or patients who cannot tolerate general anesthesia surgery. 3. Subjects who, in the investigator’s judgment, have serious comorbidities that endanger their safety or affect the completion of the study, or are considered unsuitable for enrollment for other reasons.
