Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic myocardial ischemia and coronary heart disease: Those who have typical clinical symptoms or abnormal electrocardiogram results and are scheduled to undergo coronary artery CTA examination; 2. Patients with chronic cerebral ischemia: Those experiencing symptoms such as dizziness and memory decline, and who are scheduled to undergo head and neck vascular CTA examination; 3. Patients with acute ischemic stroke: Within 24 hours of onset, diagnosed clinically as acute ischemic stroke; 4. Age = 18 years old, Gender not limited;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of iodine contrast agent allergy; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m^2); 3. Pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with the examination (such as those with severe mental disorders, agitation, etc.); 5. Those who have previously undergone similar examinations or treatments that may affect the interpretation of the images.
