Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the case group: (1)closed fracture; (2)no concurrent infection; (3)age >= 18 years; (4)Signed informed consent form; 2.Inclusion criteria for the control group: (1)age and gender matched 1:1 with the case group; (2)healthy individuals with no history of infection, surgery, trauma, or vaccination within the past 3 months; (3)Signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with thyroid diseases, type I or type II diabetes, or other endocrine disorders; 3. History of tumor surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy; 4. Patients unable to understand the study purpose or unwilling to comply with study requirements; 5. Individuals lacking legal capacity or with limited legal capacity; 6. Any medical history deemed by the investigator as potentially interfering with trial results or increasing patient risk.
