Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.NICU nurses who directly provide care to neonates, hold valid nursing practice certificates and are registered to work in medical institutions; 2.NICU nurses who apply the Guidelines for Risk Assessment and Prevention of Pressure Injuries in Neonates in NICU for pressure injury management; 3.Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Personnel who are not on duty during the research period (including those on sick leave, attending, or going out for further studies); 2. Standardized training, further education and internship nurses; 3. Those who are unable to participate in the training within the intervention period for more than three times; 4. Those who cannot complete the questionnaire completely or answer it in a standardized manner; 5. Those who leave the intervention environment during the research period, including those who are transferred from the original department or resign.
