Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the clinical diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (KOA) in China (2021 edition) and underwent primary unilateral TKA; 2. Aged >= 45 years; 3. Surgical approach: MAKO robotic-arm assisted total knee arthroplasty; 4. TSK (Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia) score > 37; 5. Provided informed consent, voluntarily participated in the study, and completed the entire intervention protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe systemic diseases (e.g., cardiac, cerebral, pulmonary, or malignancies); 2. Severe visual/auditory impairments, psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairments, etc., rendering effective communication impossible; 3. Comorbid conditions restricting lower limb mobility; 4. Concomitant lower limb venous thromboembolism or primary thrombophilia.
