Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient is in good general condition, with no contrain dications found in routine cardiopulmonary function tests, and is scheduled for surgical treatment; 2.The patient is conscious, has good communication skills, and can cooperate with CPET. 3.The patient was informed of the potential risks associated with CPET exercise before the test and signed an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age>85 years old. 2.ASA classification level IV or above. 3.Patients who are unable to complete CPET examination due to limited lower limb movement; Patients with contraindications related to CPET.
