Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for hemophilia established by the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Group of the Hematology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association [9]. 2.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of hemophilic arthropathy. 3.Aged 16–60 years. 4.Positive for kinesiophobia: TSK score > 37.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Coexisting severe organic lesions of major organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys. 2.Presence of psychiatric disorders, language disorders, or psychological disorders. 3.Poor compliance.
