Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for major thoracic and abdominal surgeries; 2. Age >= 65 years old, gender not limited; 3. ASA grade II or III, surgery duration > 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The operation duration is less than 2 hours; 2. Severe adverse events occurred during the operation (such as intraoperative massive bleeding, anaphylaxis, etc.); 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Mental illness; 5. Received special nutritional intervention before the operation; 6. Unable to complete follow-up; 7. Implanted cardiac pacemaker.
