Remimazolam grou:Use remifentanil for anesthesia induction and maintenance
Propofol group:Use propofol for anesthesia induction and maintenance
R1 group:Anesthesia was maintained using remifentanil at a rate of 0.6 mg/(kg·h)
R2 group:Anesthesia was maintained using remifentanil at a rate of 0.65 mg/(kg·h)
R3 group:Anesthesia was maintained using remifentanil at a rate of 0.7 mg/(kg·h)
R4 group:Anesthesia was maintained using remifentanil at a rate of 0.75 mg/(kg·h)
R5 group:Anesthesia was maintained using remifentanil at a rate of 0.8 mg/(kg·h)

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 65 years old; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) within 18.5 - 23.9 kg/m^2; 3. ASA classification of grades I - III; 4. Patients undergoing suboccipital tumor resection had the surgery performed by the same group of physicians; 5.The estimated operation time is less than 5 hours; 6.Normal preoperative neurological function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused. 2. Has a history of epilepsy. 3. Severe impairment of liver and kidney functions. 4.History of long-term alcohol consumption or use of sedative drugs. 5. Patients with severe neuromuscular damage as assessed by preoperative electrophysiological examination. 6. Severe respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, with history of cardiac pacemaker implantation.
