Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with diabetes mellitus and presenting with foot ulceration; 2. Completed baseline foot ASL MRI examination; 3. Available complete clinical and follow-up data; 4. There exists at least one target toe that did not have an ulcer at baseline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe MRI artifacts affecting image analysis; 2. Pre-existing prior amputation of the target toe at baseline; 3. Gout, autoimmune diseases, or other metabolic diseases that may affect foot perfusion assessment.
