Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Initially diagnosed as ENKTL by pathology; 2. Received first-line systemic treatment; 3. Had pre-treatment routine blood and biochemical tests; 4. Complete clinical data available, with follow-up information accessible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Also having other malignant tumors, serious systemic diseases, or only receiving radiotherapy/supportive care; 2. Missing key clinical data (missing rate >20%); 3. Unable to get follow-up information or lost to follow-up
