Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. End-stage renal disease on peritoneal dialysis with renal anemia; 2. Local patients in Nanjing; 3. Age of peritoneal dialysis > 6 months; 4. Course of treatment was > 3 months for Roxadustat or human erythropoietin injection; 5. Not participating in other clinical trials; 6. Age over 18, gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodialysis patients with renal anemia; 2. Blood transfusion and iron therapy alone ; 3.Combined use of antibiotics, prebiotics and probiotics; 4. Had an infection in the first three months and received anti-infective treatment; 5. Associated gastrointestinal disorders. 6. Severe Heart, brain and lung disease 7. Failure to participate in follow-up treatment 8. Not signing informed consent
