Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old who undergo complete head CTA examination; 2. Clinical suspicion of cerebrovascular disease (ischemic stroke, transient ischemic attack, intracranial aneurysm, etc.); 3. Complete preservation of clinical data, including blood indicators, physical examinations, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe renal insufficiency; 2. Patients allergic to iodine contrast agents or nitroglycerin; 3. The patient has contraindications for nitroglycerin, such as severe aortic valve stenosis and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 4. Patients with hypotension and glaucoma; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with brain tumors, a history of severe traumatic brain injury, and serious physical illnesses (such as respiratory failure, heart failure, etc.), 7.Patientswith non vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease, or other neurodegenerative diseases.
