Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 years old or above; 2.According to the diagnostic criteria in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Abdominal Infections (2019 Edition)", any individual meeting any of the following conditions can be diagnosed as having abdominal infection: (1). The clinical manifestations (including abdominal pain, fever, shortness of breath, cessation of defecation and flatus from the anus, etc.) conform to the typical characteristics of abdominal infection, and the laboratory tests also meet the infection standards; (2). Specimens obtained through surgery or abdominal puncture, after microbial culture, are confirmed to be abdominal infections. 3.Meets the diagnostic criteria for sepsis 3.0; 4.Length of stay in the ICU > 24 hours; 5.Patients who completed the abdominal CT examination within 72 hours of admission;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe emaciation or neuromuscular disorders; 2.Patients whose CT images do not meet the measurement standards; 3.Other patients with sepsis of infectious origin;
