Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of acute trauma, surgery, or long-term immobilization; 2. Limited knee flexion and extension, which may be accompanied by knee pain, swelling, decreased surrounding muscle strength, abnormal gait, and other functional issues; 3. X-ray shows good alignment of fracture ends, clear fracture lines, no bone narrowing; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Imaging exams suggest poor fracture healing, loosened internal fixation, infection, and bone narrowing, etc.; 2. Acute infection, inflammation, tumors, unstable fractures, metabolic bone diseases, etc.; 3. Patients with other knee joint issues like gouty arthritis or knee injuries.
