Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Healthcare professionals or staff members working at Shanghai Second Rehabilitation Hospital or regional medical institutions; 3.Including physicians, nurses, rehabilitation therapists/technicians, pharmacists, laboratory/radiology technicians, research/teaching/administrative staff, and other relevant personnel; 4.Able to understand the questionnaire and complete it independently online; 5.Voluntarily agree to participate and select "Agree, continue" on the questionnaire consent page;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who do not agree to participate; 2.Individuals unable to understand or complete the questionnaire independently; 3.Duplicate submissions; 4.Questionnaires with substantial missing key items, obviously abnormal completion time, or clearly inconsistent responses;
