Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients planned to undergo unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 2. Age 50-80, all genders welcome; 3. ASA Classification II-III; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-35 kg/m^2; 5. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to local anesthetics (ropivacaine); 2. Coagulation dysfunction (INR > 1.5, PLT 3 times the upper limit of normal, Cr > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal); 6. Mental illness or cognitive impairment preventing participation in the assessment; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Participate in other clinical studies simultaneously.
