Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=65 years; 2.meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetic nephropathy (T2DN) according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy (2023 edition);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete medical records; 2.eGFR < 15 ml/(min·1.73m^2) or undergoing renal replacement therapy; 3.type 1 diabetes, certain specific types of diabetes, or gestational diabetes; 4.combined with other primary or secondary kidney diseases (primary glomerular diseases, secondary kidney diseases, or hereditary kidney diseases); 5.malignant tumors, Parkinson's disease, cognitive impairment, or depression; 6.post-kidney transplantation; 7.refusal to participate in the study or poor compliance;
