14 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age of 14-65 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Patients were diagnosed with vitiligo and met the criteria for advanced vitiligo according to the Chinese Journal of Dermatology Consensus on Vitiligo Diagnosis and Treatment (2021 edition); 3.Stable vital signs; 4.All subjects had signed the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic treatment with investigational drugs, biological agents, and immunosuppressive agents (corticosteroids or small-molecule JAK inhibitors) within 4 weeks, topical corticosteroids, phototherapy, etc., within 2 weeks; 2.Patients with a history of serious systemic diseases or malignant tumors; 3.Pregnant women or nursing mothers; 4.Abnormal liver and kidney function (increased AST, ALT, CREA more than 2 times) or blood routine (WBC, RBC or PLT less than 80% of normal value); 5.Other conditions considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for trial participation;
