Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All IPF patients met the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis established by the American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society/Japanese Respiratory Society/Latin American Thoracic Association (ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT) in 2022; 2. The patient had not used glucocorticoids within one month before being included in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of consolidation or previous radiation pneumonia, sarcoidosis, or pneumoconiosis; 2. Lung lesions caused by occupation, drugs, environment, cardiac insufficiency, etc; 3. Patients lacking echocardiographic PASP data; 4. Those with insufficient serum sample volume, preservation status not meeting testing requirements, or repeated freeze-thaw cycles affecting testing reliability.
